As we pass the year mark of being in a pandemic, a lot has changed in both our personal and business lives. Adapting to remote working while trying to remain as close-knit as possible has been a challenge. Even with our team being spread out, we’ve done our best to emphasize teamwork and collaboration. Who knew Slack would become everybody’s best friend over the past year?
By communicating via Slack and Zoom calls, our team has been able to keep the ball moving, even without face-to-face interaction. Now let’s be honest; it hasn’t been easy for anyone. Going from working hand-in-hand at the office to transforming into a dispersed workforce has taken some adjusting. Fortunately, the Trinity squad has been able to adapt to the changes facing the world.
Transitioning back to a sense of normalcy, we want to hear from everybody else out there. How have you been adapting to the past year? Have you made unexpected changes in your lives? Let us know! We’re always happy to catch up.

Hey, everybody, thanks checking out another bonus episode of the New Marketing Show. I’m Greg Taylor here from treating the web media. So just sitting here thinking, you know, actually kind of playing with the dog our morning routine. We call it coffee and Cleo, in case you’re keeping score at home, but just sit here wondering, you know, we’re over a year into the pandemic and a new current reality and a new landscape of business, and how things are going and just, I guess, maybe just an update of Trinity. And just to ask a question to you guys.
So right now, you know, Trinity, more than ever, in the last year focused on teamwork, we focus on collaboration, we focus on keeping the team together, while we are 100% dispersed. I think in the last year, we worked together, maybe five days in the same room. And now, you know, with me being back on the East Coast, you know, we all live within 50 miles of each other. So that’s different than, you know, we we sort of saw things going. So we rely on Slack, we rely on zoom. Although, you know, I think that people do get burnt out from zoom calls all the time, I know that I do.
What we’re just trying to do is we’re trying to keep everybody, you know, keep everybody’s mental health in check, making sure that everybody stays healthy, make sure everybody, you know, is able to take care of their own business and their own people. And that means, you know, being more flexible, when it comes to, you know, the constraints of the workweek, you know, definitely trying to keep things rolling with momentum, but at the same time, protecting what we already have, you know, in our own personal lives and personal spaces.
So, wondering how everybody else is sort of handling everything, you know, do you are you relying on Slack, or you relying on zoom? You know, I don’t think that I think that a lot of big businesses, you know, who said in the past, like, there’s no way you got anybody can work from home, that I think they figured it out that, you know, working from home is still is still a way to have a lot of production and a lot of productivity, and to make sure that you keep pushing, moving the needle in the way that you need to so a couple other things that we’re doing is, you know, we’ve moved a lot of our clients businesses, you know, from brick and mortar stuff, you know, to online shops, you know, we were super, super early in doing that.
We were able to figure out that if, whenever we can move online to make sure that revenue keeps coming in as overhead and expenses go down, will they’ll be able to keep, you know, a consistent bottom line. The ones who went with the strategy did very, very well and are doing well, you know, we have a lot of, you know, doctors offices who went and started getting to the products and selling products online, went very, very well. The ones who were resistant and didn’t want to make a pivot.
You know, they’re the ones who are struggling. You know, I think that throughout this whole thing, the early adopters were the ones who definitely won, you know, here, and you know, what, in many of our cases, when we say one are winning, winning, or you know, they’re experiencing winds, it’s basically just staying alive to have a business another day. It’s not, you know, becoming a millionaire or a billionaire. It’s basically keeping the doors open.
So I think that, you know, now that we sort of know what’s going on, you know, and what to expect because of the the previous timeline that we can model now. It’s we’re able to go ahead and consistently push out messaging and consistently able to serve the people that our clients are so just curious, is sitting here, you know, maybe this is a ramble a little bit here, but just wondering how, what are you guys doing?
You know, leave a comment, leave a send us an email, send us a Tweet, you know, at Trinity web media, and let us know how are you handling things? How are you doing, check-in and you know what to say, Hey, hello, hi, how you doing? We’re doing fine over here or wherever you are. And it’s good. It would be great to hear from everyone. All right. Take care. See you later.
