Pivoting Your Business Due to COVID-19

As we enter into the yellow zone, many businesses are able to return to work from COVID-19. Unfortunately, many small brands have been forced to feel the effects of this pandemic more than others. We must face the facts and discuss the realities of your company’s current state.

If your business is no longer a thriving industry, you are going to have to make the appropriate changes to survive. One thing we stress here at Trinity Web Media is the ability to be able to adapt. If that means pivoting your business model, so be it.

Tune in below to learn more about this topic and stay tuned for more. We’re happy to help you get your business back on track!

Hey, thanks checking out another bonus episode of the New Marketing Show, catching us on YouTube, Instagram, TV, all those good things. So, you know, a lot of states a lot of businesses are getting ready to reopen, a lot of things are getting ready to go back to what everybody’s calling the new normal and kind of resume business.

Not as usual, what not resume business. Let’s just say that right? So I’m wondering, with the different constraints that’s going on within your world and your state and your mandates. What type of things can you do to pivot in order to make your product and service available to the masses, when there still isn’t any mass?

You know, we’ve been brainstorming here at the new Trinity office in Stockton. And what we’ve been talking about is, how do you go ahead and take maybe a brick and mortar service and make it into an express delivery, brick and mortar service.

Your product, how do you go ahead? And, and, you know, again, scale your business down to because now you’re what you’re doing is you’re serving a smaller population, you know, or at once or in person, what do you do to scale your business down? And how can you still generate revenue? While we’re waiting for the rest of the economy to open?

I think these are the questions that everybody has. And we’re going to start doing some more videos about this, in particular, to give you some actionable ideas, but you can go ahead and impart on your business and go ahead and you know, stay alive and live to fight another day, or the fight another year with a fight another week, whatever that is.

So stay tuned for some of this content. We’re really excited to start bringing it to you. And again, each video is going to have one actionable item that you can do to either pivot, increase some revenue, or make continue a steady revenue stream and serve your community.

Hey, thanks for watching. I’ll see you soon.
