How Is Your Team Coping?

These unprecedented times aren’t easy for anyone. In order to keep our business in-tact and productive, we’ve initiated several measures to keep us all closely connected. How is your team coping?

With applications such as Slack, our team continues to stay in touch throughout these long days. It’s not always easy, but we’ll come out of this tough time on top.

So, let’s discuss the different ways your team is coping. Has it been easy? Have you adjusted to this new way of life? Each brand has a different way of proceeding with crisis management, but it seems as if now we are all faced with similar issues.

Always feel free to reach out to our team for help!

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out another bonus episode of the New Marketing Show, Instagram, TV, YouTube, all that good stuff. So, today I just want to do a quick check in – how’s everybody doing out there? You know, this is a time when not everybody’s okay.

You know, I mean, look at me, I am in desperate need of a haircut. I’m learning how to work with my new co worker at the house, who’s four legged and she ate a pound of raw chicken yesterday, things like that, that are thrown tripping us all up, including what else is going on in our business world? So just checking in, how are you doing with things? What are you doing differently? What are you doing to cope?

Now a couple of things that I’m doing the Trinity web media things tricky the Trinity web mini media team is doing to cope with things is we’re trying to stay connected as much as possible.

You know, we use slack we use zoom for all of our internal calls. You know, we’re constantly touching base with one another

How you doing? What’s going on? Do you need help? How can we help you? You know, and that just is sign of a good company and a good team and in good camaraderie, good culture. Right now, a lot of people have downtime.

You know, I was quoted in an article for a showcase ID x, saying what’s your real estate agents do in all of their extra downtime?

And the thing that I said was the thing, the thing that I said was what I said a couple weeks ago, on a trinity web minute and one of these bonus episodes, now’s the time to double down on content. Everybody says they don’t have time to produce content.

Everybody says that they’re too busy to produce content. Well, you know what, right now is the time where you’re not too busy, where you do have time where you can go ahead and produce more and more content, double down on your content.

That’s one thing that I’m standing strong on now, people all businesses should be doing. You know, other than that, what else are you doing to take care of yourself.

One of the things that I’m trying to do is exercise regularly, still trying to eat, right? Still trying to get outside and get sunshine as I can still trying to, you know, enjoy life, you know, through this new business, culture or this new new situation and how things are going now, you know, in the world.

So I implore you, if you’re feeling stuck, if you’re feeling in a rut, if you’re feeling any of those things, try something different. Try to be creative. Try talking to somebody, try to get out and try to be strategic with what you need to do for your business.

And I think you’re gonna come out of this feeling a little bit better. Hey, thanks for checking us out. We’ll see you soon.
