Having an Adaptive Process

February 20, 2020 by Kevin Eberle

Having an Adaptive Process

We’ve said it before, and we’ll repeat it – fall in love with the process. Whether it’s in development, sales, or anything else, the process behind the magic is what it’s all about. Unfortunately, too many love the process but are afraid to make any changes to it when the time comes. Being rigid is never going to be scalable.

When you work with companies and involve your method, it is essential to be flexible. Having an adaptive process is one of the ways our team has been able to always provide clients with precisely what they desire.

We were recently approached by a new client that needed specific things done, but it seemed a bit outside of our typical process. What did we do? Adapt.

Everyone, thanks checking out another bonus episode of the new Marketing Show. So if you’re in traffic, so I’m going to bang this out quick. So today I want to talk about the process. And for in order to be successful for clients in order to be successful for your company, in order for you to be super successful and onpoint, you need to have a process.

And in order for you to be happy, you need to really enjoy the process of creation, the process of development, and all that.

But what I want to really drive home today is while you need to have a process, I think what you need to do is you need to really have an adaptive process, because when you have an adaptive process, you’re not going to be so rigid, that you can’t be malleable to go ahead and bring other people into the fold and into the process.

Now, we’re working with a client that our process was 80% fine for them, but 20% didn’t work. So what we need to do is we need to adapt to them a little bit to make this a pure

Collaboration Otherwise, it will be both be so rigid that it would just be a terrible miserable engagement. So, have a process fall in love with the process.

You know, I think that we said that a long, long time ago when Ed mo was on our podcast is how the process fall in love with your process. But don’t be so rigid with the process that you can’t go ahead and bring other people in and achieve results.

So hey, thanks for checking us out. You can get more episodes of the New Marketing Show at Trinitywebmedia.com/Apple-podcasts.

What our clients say…

While I’ve known Greg for years from our time together in the marketing scene, I’ve only recently had the chance to work with Trinity Web Media on a client project. Not only was the team professional and their work spot on, they were amazingly quick to respond and required very little hand-holding along the way. I chalk that up to their past experience and a deep understanding of best-in-class services.

What our clients say…

I have hired Greg and the Trinity team multiple times for work on my own websites, and have also hired them to work on behalf of multiple clients. He is simply a pleasure to work with, in every respect. Smart but without the giant ego of some developers, Trinity Web Media works with his clients to achieve their vision in the best way possible — with careful attention to their interests, and thoughtful recommendations based on his expertise. • Susan Baier – Founding Marketing Strategist – Audience Audit
