The Customer Journey

May 6, 2019 by Kevin Eberle

The Customer Journey

To start the week off, let’s go over a topic that affects almost every brand out there – the customer journey. The experience begins with the quality of your product and relates all the way to your culture. At Trinity, we strongly believe in creating a positive UX whether it’s our website or social media pages. We value the customer journey and try to give them not only a taste of our work but the people behind it.

Never ignore your customer’s journey. The value of speaking through content with your own voice relates to the audience and strengthens your brand.

Hey, thanks for checking out another bonus episode of the new Marketing Show and catching us on Instagram TV, YouTube wherever you’re getting this content. So today, let’s talk real quick about the customer journey. So, customer journey typically starts with your voice, your value and your product.

What happens then is you’re bringing people into your brand and letting them know who you are, how you can help them and what problems you solve and for what costs and what, what the inherent, what the total value is of that, you know, a lot of things happen along that customer journey. You know, we don’t we have a lot of opportunities for, discussions. You have a lot of opportunity to exhibit your process, a lot of opportunity to exhibit people. Show them that you’re loyal to your clients, your clients.

How you show them that you’re advocating for them, tell them you know that they’re going to make the best decisions for them. And along that path as you’re going through their customer journey, they’re going to then decide how much value you bring to them inherently. And what’s the cost of doing business with you. So don’t ignore the customer journey; how they come into your website, how you tell them who you are with your voice, how do you demonstrate the problems that you solve?

You know, people want to do business with people they know like and trust that can solve their problem. Never forget that you’re always solving a problem and once you’re able to display that you solve problems. And once you’re able to display all of these other than you take them on the customer journey. And then at some point, you don’t have any more control over their journey.

They create your own journey and they create their own brand story for you and for their experiences. So very interesting stuff. So make sure you check out more episodes of the new Marketing Show. You can get us at trinitywebmedia.com/iTunes or wherever else you get your podcasts, or Instagram TV, of course. So hey, thanks for watching. Thanks for listening, we’ll see you again.

What our clients say…

Jay Baer

If you need to take your web/digital program to the next level, these are the guys to see. Fast, honest, innovative and totally on top of it. Highly recommended! • Jay Baer – NY Times Best-selling Author, Founder/President – Convince and Convert

What our clients say…

While I’ve known Greg for years from our time together in the marketing scene, I’ve only recently had the chance to work with Trinity Web Media on a client project. Not only was the team professional and their work spot on, they were amazingly quick to respond and required very little hand-holding along the way. I chalk that up to their past experience and a deep understanding of best-in-class services.

What our clients say…

I have hired Greg and the Trinity team multiple times for work on my own websites, and have also hired them to work on behalf of multiple clients. He is simply a pleasure to work with, in every respect. Smart but without the giant ego of some developers, Trinity Web Media works with his clients to achieve their vision in the best way possible — with careful attention to their interests, and thoughtful recommendations based on his expertise. • Susan Baier – Founding Marketing Strategist – Audience Audit
