As we begin to wrap up the year, we’re all getting a bit worn down. We all have different things coming across our desks, and it can feel overwhelming. Today, Greg discusses a topic that is a bit more straightforward than usual.

So today,we’re wrapping up the year. We’re all busy, we’re all tired. And I just want to hit you with something simple, straightforward. I just want to talk about principles of business, especially how we run Trinity web media. So business is easy. Businesses simple.
A lot of times we want to complicate business and we want to talk about strategy and technology and this and that. But to run a good business, really, there are a couple of factors one, do what you’re going to do what you do, and do it very, very well. Just do what you do well, another thing, always do what you say you’re going to do, and do it well.
Third thing, charge accordingly for you doing what you say you’re going to do well It really boils down to that. I mean, you know, business growth so many businesses don’t grow because they’re complacent.
And you know, I’ve done I did an episode about this a little while ago where like, Who are you competing with? Are you competing with competition other companies?
Are you competing with yourself and your own complacency? Listen, do what you do well do what you say you’re going to do well, charge accordingly for doing it. Simple as that. Everyone thanks checking this out. I know this is short one, but more episodes like this.
