Hello, and welcome to another bonus episode of the new Marketing Show on Instagram, TV, YouTube, all those good places. So, today I want to talk about something that’s pretty important to us at Trinity web media. Want to talk about something that’s important to WordPress, the company and the community.
And what it is is five for the future. So, we’re pressing as we know is an open source. CMS open source is open source software. We all get to make a living we all get to do really cool things and build businesses build nonprofits by using WordPress. Matt Mullen wag the founder and one of the CO creators of WordPress has with automatic have initiated something called Five for the future. So trendy web media has pledged 5% of all of our company resources to make the world a better place through were using WordPress.
So what we’re doing is I’m donating a lot of my time to help market WordPress help let people know about How to go ahead and use it, how to use it, what it can do the power of it. Also, what we’re doing is, Kevin and I are picking out one or two nonprofits, but we can help them and we can donate some of our resources to small nonprofits to start making a difference. If everybody who makes a living off of WordPress and makes a living by using WordPress was one of the Donate 5% of the resources, just think of how much good we could do. So check it out.
