Leveraging Content as a Podcast

For today’s bonus Trinity Web Minute, let’s get into the various ways to leverage content. Specifically, leveraging your content as a podcast is not only a great way to repurpose content but also giving your audience content in a different format.

Without much need for production, stripping the audio from your videos and reusing it as a podcast is relatively simple. Greg goes over the different platforms to host your podcast on as well as some technical knowledge to start your podcast journey.

[Transcript] Hey everyone Greg Taylor from Trinity Web Media here’s another Trinity Web Minute. Today let’s talk about three ways leveraging your content into a podcast. For more on this, make sure you check us out a bonus episodes of The New Marketing Show or on our Instagram TV.

So, there are three simple ways you can go ahead and create a podcast on the fly with things that you’re already doing.

One, if you do video, strip out the audio and post it to services like Podbean and Libsyn or Stitcher and then get it syndicated to iTunes.

Two, you can have somebody read your blog posts if you do a lot of written content read the post and post an audio version of that content.

And the third way is, if you do a lot of public speaking, have somebody record the presentation with some sort of microphone going to a phone or going to a camera that’s yours, so you can go ahead and strip out the audio and then have that produced and post it as a podcast.

So there are the three simple ways to create podcast content.

Again, for more on this. Check us out at Instagram TV or Trinitywebmedia.com/iTunes.

What our clients say…

While I’ve known Greg for years from our time together in the marketing scene, I’ve only recently had the chance to work with Trinity Web Media on a client project. Not only was the team professional and their work spot on, they were amazingly quick to respond and required very little hand-holding along the way. I chalk that up to their past experience and a deep understanding of best-in-class services.

What our clients say…

I have hired Greg and the Trinity team multiple times for work on my own websites, and have also hired them to work on behalf of multiple clients. He is simply a pleasure to work with, in every respect. Smart but without the giant ego of some developers, Trinity Web Media works with his clients to achieve their vision in the best way possible — with careful attention to their interests, and thoughtful recommendations based on his expertise. • Susan Baier – Founding Marketing Strategist – Audience Audit
