You would think that effecting change would be at the forefront of many business owners, developers, etc mind. But how often are these people who have the power to effect change at the tip of their fingertips, going the extra mile to help the clients they work with?
“People of excellence go the extra mile to do whats right.” -Joel Osteen
On today’s Trinity Web Minute, Greg Taylor talks about how having compassion and going the extra mile should not be the exception, but a best practice. For example, don’t let something that’s not itemized on your invoice, stop you from doing something that can positively effect change for your clients business. Going the extra mile will show your client that you actually care about their project or initiative, which aside from being the nice thing to do, is going to strengthen the dynamic of the relationship. As we have said before, people want to work with people they like, know and trust, and your small act of kindness may make waves with your client.
Let’s cultivate better business practices and help one another make business great again.

While I’ve known Greg for years from our time together in the marketing scene, I’ve only recently had the chance to work with Trinity Web Media on a client project. Not only was the team professional and their work spot on, they were amazingly quick to respond and required very little hand-holding along the way. I chalk that up to their past experience and a deep understanding of best-in-class services.
I have hired Greg and the Trinity team multiple times for work on my own websites, and have also hired them to work on behalf of multiple clients. He is simply a pleasure to work with, in every respect. Smart but without the giant ego of some developers, Trinity Web Media works with his clients to achieve their vision in the best way possible — with careful attention to their interests, and thoughtful recommendations based on his expertise. • Susan Baier – Founding Marketing Strategist – Audience Audit
