Digital Strategist: Every good WordPress site or Digital Marketing plan needs a solid digital marketing strategy. The Digital Strategist creates the plan and puts the proper people in place to execute the best strategy based on the client’s goals. A good digital marketing strategy works out the site architecture, the content strategy, the voice and messaging and calls to action. Like everyone else, problem solving is one of the greatest attributes a digital strategist.
Business Development / Project Managers: Let’s get down to the businessy side of a WordPress Company or Web Design Firm. Business Development and PMs keep the show rolling forward. These professionals either have development knowledge of WordPress and digital marketing or extensive expertise. These are the people who know what is possible, the client’s goals and how to either make it happen or bridge the gap. Many times, the devs are the stars of the show, but that’s only possible because of what goes on beforehand.
